For this episode we will be trying the Pronto! Amaro from Trader Joe's. They just started carrying their own version of Amaro and the feedback from trusted sources (Fitz) was quite positive so it seemed like the right thing to do. We will also be trying a cocktail, the Montenegro Paloma, made with it as well. What did we think?

Compares favorably to Campari or Aperol, in fact in find it preferable. Try it with gin and a splash of soda over ice with a twist of lemon or orange peel.
