Fest Faves is a carnival-themed restaurant that opened in New Haven, Connecticut in September 2022. It was founded by husband and wife restaurateurs Eric Balcerzak and Victoria Streeto. The couple, who also own Edible Arrangements locations in nearby Milford and West Haven, both have a passion for cooking and a love of carnival foods.
