Al Dente's dried pasta in the tall bags has durum semolina wheat flour. Semolina has gluten. Reviews said Al Dente makes a great pasta. So, I bought 6 bags on 5/21/22. Was looking forward to indulging myself. Very disappointed to learn this dried pasta has durum semolina wheat flour which is not gluten-free. Wish I could get my money back.
