Winter Squash 'F1 Honey Bear' is a high sugar Acorn type squash. Mini-acorn fruits are just the right size halved for single servings (10 cm round). Deliciously sweet, the dark green heart shaped fruits have deep ribs on the outside and sweet golden-orange, flesh on the inside. The flesh is fibre-less, tender and fine-textured with a flavour.
