Is 4g of shrooms to much or what is a lot? I'm not sure how much is too much considering I'm a small person I'm about 5'5 and 165-170lb would 4g be too much or would that be an ok amount also this is my first time doing them. Around 4.5/5 grams dried is usually around where I can start getting complete ego death so that can kind of give you a bit of an idea. I would compare 4 grams of potent mushrooms to about 300ug of LSD. I have no idea about AL-LAD though.
